Mission

Ventura County Legal Aid (VCLA) provides top-tier civil legal services to low income and vulnerable county residents. We promote equal access to justice through direct representation, legal advice, information, and educational outreach at our law clinic and the Family Justice Center in Ventura.

Abuse

Domestic Abuse, Elder Abuse, Child Assault, Sexual Assault, Human Trafficking, Restraining Orders.


Eviction

Assistance for tenant disputes and eviction prevention, landlord-tenant conflicts and related.


Other

Visit our law clinic. We offer legal advice on many civil matters including guardianship, divorce, and contract disputes.


Hours and Location

Ventura County Legal Aid is open on a first-come, first-served basis at the Ventura County Law Library, 800 S. Victoria Avenue, Ventura on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 3-5 p.m.
